ARTECH Consulting GmbH at international conference in Malta
From 10 to 12 September 2025, ARTECH Consulting GmbH took part in the 27th International Conference on Engineering and Education in Product Design for the first time. The renowned event was organised by the University of Malta on its Valletta campus.
The conference brought together experts from around the world to discuss current developments in product design and engineering education. Three days of specialist presentations, panel discussions and networking took centre stage.
On the second day, Dr Liliane Ngahane Nana and Senem Özmen from ARTECH Consulting GmbH gave a presentation entitled:
„E-Learning as an extension of traditional training methods for designers changing CAD/PLM systems“. The accompanying paper is published on the Design Society website.
The presentation highlighted the challenges associated with the rapid change in modern CAD technologies and their integration into product lifecycle management (PLM) systems. An innovative blended learning approach was presented – a combination of e-learning and classroom training – which is specifically tailored to experienced design engineers. The aim is to make the transition to new systems efficient, practical and sustainable.
For ARTECH Consulting GmbH, participating in this international platform – alongside numerous renowned experts in the field – was a special honour. We look forward to continuing to actively contribute to the exchange of knowledge and innovation in the industry in the future.
